Ashtanga Yoga

In 200 Hour Intensive Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. We teach our students basics of Ashtanga yoga and we systematically guide them through the complete Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence created by K. Pattabhi Jois in a traditional way which includes-

  • Week 1 - Introduction to Ashtanga yoga (Primary series) followed by Sun salutation A & B.
  • Week 2 - Standing sequence postures & use of yoga props.
  • Week 3 - Seated sequence postures & Finishing sequence postures.
  • Week 4 - Mysore style & Teaching practice.

After practicing for the first 3 weeks based on the teacher’s guidance, the students will be tested in the 4th week in their Mysore style practice which is without guidance. Students will also be asked to guide some of the postures in the last week as a teaching practice.

500 Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga TTC in Rishikesh

Rishikesh is a renowned yoga destination in India, and a 500-hour yoga teacher training program in Rishikesh can offer an immersive and transformative experience. The 500-hour training starts with the foundational teachings of a 200-hour YTTC course and delves deeper into the philosophy, asanas, pranayama, meditation, and anatomy of yoga. Refund Policy

  • An advance of a course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of emergency students can join us on other schedules.
  • We accept cancellation as per the student's request, but advance deposit will not be refund.
  • There is no charge of course cancellation. Student just has to inform by email.
  • Rishikesh Ashtanga Yoga School is not responsible for any mishappenings before course schedule.

An amazing school which has some really talented teachers.
