Designed to provide a thorough understanding of both practical and theoretical facets without overwhelming a beginner, this curriculum will create a strong foundation for you to advance further in the pursuit of yoga.
Our multi-style 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course focuses on creating a strong base in Hatha Vinyasa Flow, theme-based Vinyasa Flows and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. A morning and evening asana practice builds strength and endurance, purifying and preparing the body for Pranayama and Meditation. You will learn the basics of Hatha Yoga and the principles of designing a good vinyasa flow. Practice Sun Salutation A and B and the standing sequence of the Ashtanga Primary Series. To enhance your teaching skills, get an in-depth understanding of modifications, variations and props. In Yoga Science and Alignment, you will get an extensive knowledge of the human body, its uniqueness and how to apply various theories into practice through modifications and variations to personalise a class for yourself and others. Learn safe practice techniques to avoid injury and make quicker progress with correct alignment.
With an introduction to various breathworks like kapalbhati, yogic breathing, nadi shodhan, and shatkarma like neti kriya, in our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, you will learn to expand and vitalise the life force within you. 100 hours Yoga TTC is a 12 day course which is technically half of 200 hour Yoga TTC course. This is a residential program and your accommodation and food will be included as a part of the course fees.
This course is perfect for someone who wishes to start their Yoga Journey. The very basics of anatomy, philosophy, asana, pranayama and meditation will be covered to set the foundation for a student who is an absolute beginner.
Rishikesh is considered the birthplace of yoga, as it is where the ancient sage Patanjali wrote the Yoga Sutras, a foundational text on yoga philosophy and practice. Additionally, Rishikesh is in the foothills of the Himalayas, a serene and spiritual environment that has long been associated with yoga and meditation.
Rishikesh, located in the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand, has a subtropical climate with three main seasons - summer, monsoon, and winter. Overall, Rishikesh is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit is from October to March when the weather is pleasant and the skies are clear. However, if you are interested in adventure activities like white water rafting, then the monsoon season is the best time to visit.
